During my time freelancing for United Future, we were approached by CSR, a leader in bluetooth technology. CSR pitched to Kaiser a new product concept, the usage of beacon technology for internal wayfinding. This meant that patients can use the app on their mobile phone to pinpoint their exact location in medical centers and be directed to their target destination.
I worked with a visual designer and creative director to get the interactions spec’d out. We used teleconferencing to interface with the CSR technology team to validate our designs against their requirements.
